Hurray!  My prize arrived via FedEx today.  It's a PNY VCGGTX275XPB GeForce GTX 275 896MB 448-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card, which costs about $225 retail, according to NewEgg. It's a shame that they have to define the prizes so early, because this was probably a stellar video card when they made the contest rules, but now it's a bit outdated since a new generation of cards is now coming out.  So this is only second tier now, but it's still a good card.
